Facials

Getting facials has been key in getting my skin to look clear, and be free of any breakouts and scarring. Although some facials can be on the expensive side (starting from $30CAD to over $100CAD), I completely believe that they are worth it. Facials help give your skin a deep clean that you may not be able to achieve on your own. There are a wide variety of facials that one can choose from, but most facials include cleansing, exfoliating, a face mask and a face massage. Depending on which facial you choose to get, a facial can help get rid of acne, blemishes, pigmentation, and wrinkles. Now getting facials is not something that you need to get every week, you should only be getting a facial every 4 weeks.

Now that we’ve been over the price, process and the number of times you should be getting a facial, lets talk about the more exciting part, which are the results of a facial. Firstly, after getting a facial you will visibly feel a difference in your skin. For instance, your skin will physically feel lighter (I know it sounds weird, but its true). Your skin will also feel really smooth; this is because a facial removes all of the dead skin leaving your skin dirt free and soft. Saying that however, I would like to add that if you are going to get a facial to get rid of acne, blemishes or wrinkles for instance, you won’t immediately have no wrinkles or scaring after one facial. Like all other treatments, it may take a few sessions before you noticeably see a difference. Thus, all in all it is important to stay persistence and be patient. In my personal experience, till now I have received 10 facials (once per month) which I can confidently say has improved the appearance of any blemishes I had, and my overall skin tone. Overall, facials are a great way to pamper yourself and relieve any stress.
